Due to the complex, chronic and heterogeneous nature of MS, the quantified monitoring of disease course, precise prognostication, and prediction of therapy response are challenging at the individual person-level.  Personalized care in MS relies on advancements in algorithmic modeling methods and transformation of disease measurement to enable higher-resolution input data into these models, which digital health technologies may enable.
This booth talk will consist of an interdisciplinary dialogue between Dr. Maria Pia Sormani, Dr. Riley Bove, and Dr. Fabio Pellegrini (moderator) on these topics.  The state-of-the-field of algorithmic modeling methods and disease measurement, how they are synergistic, and current barriers to advancement in modelling disease trajectory & how to overcome them will be discussed.
